Does kegel exercise help right before sex or do i have to keep on doing it?

I need something that will help right before it so it can get tighter not only for a penis but also for fingering. thxx. I really love the guy so i wanna make him happy.

i think if you do it DURING sex... you'll notice the effect. i've done this and my bf's always loved it. :) besides, the vagina stretches, elongates, and widens when you're aroused anyways so idk if kegel exercises actually change the "tightness" or not? i'm not sure. but when those muscles are stronger you can feel the difference.

i say just do it when you can, but during sex is also a winner!
